Client Services Administrator

We are looking for naturally analytical, process and detail driven individuals to join our newly formed Managed Services back office team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that, through data management and exception monitoring, our clients’ accounts are “fit to bill”. You will address issues with registrations, data flows, payment files and billing queries; and, where necessary, escalate through Junifer’s support team to fix defects. Working with third parties, you will also proactively drive operational performance to identify areas of further improvement for both the client and Junifer. This role will be based in our Tewkesbury office and will require occasional travel to the London office.

Finance Administrator

We're looking for an ambitious, keen and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our Finance Department. The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the day to day management of the accounts and finance function. Working closely with the Finance Controller you will be involved in processing supplier payments; raising sales invoices and recording payments received; helping with credit control and chasing overdue client acounts; checking employee expense claims and processing payment; preparing monthly/ad-hoc reports as required. Client Support Advisor

We are looking for curious, calm and customer centric individuals to join our fast growing support team.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide our clients with a distinctive and advanced customer experience and empower them to utilise our software systems with ease. Working closely with the Head of Support, these talented individuals will need to ensure all client queries are dealt with as effectively and efficiently as possible, and where necessary, escalate queries to the technical team- but ensuring that the customer is up to date with progress at all times. They will also need to drive continual improvement through regular provision of feedback from clients. This role will be based in either the London or Tewkesbury office, and will require occasional travel to either office.

IT Support Engineer

We’re looking to expand our IT support team and require a tech savvy, customer focused and dedicated individual to work closely with our Application Manager to help provide innovative and reliable technology solutions to help the business work smarter and more efficiently, as well as keeping the existing IT running and maintained. Based in our brand new offices in Euston, you will be a natural problem solver who enjoys trouble shooting and can remain calm under pressure. The role will involve but not be limited to: Providing desktop and server support to all users across the business as well as diagnosing and resolving all IT technical issues. You will also help set up and configure new equipment for new users and help complete internal user moves, including phone systems. You will also work with our Application Manager to set up and configure new core servers and also create purchase requirements for IT hardware/ software. This role will be based in our London office and may involve occasional travel to our other offices in Milton Keynes and Tewkesbury.

Software Engineer

You will be expected to contribute to the core platform which is constantly evolving, as well as customer projects/implementations. There are no legacy components to maintain, all of the software is being actively developed. Most of the coding is C#/.NET GUIs and Java back-ends.

It's a very varied and challenging role in a fast paced company. However because the software and business requirements will be new to you each new employee is paired with an developer with experience of both the Junifer software and the UK energy markets who will act as a mentor to help get you up to speed. There are opportunities to be involved with customers such as requirements gathering and software deployment.

Software Test Analyst

We’re looking for a junior /mid-level tester to join a recently established test team, currently consisting of one senior tester and one mid-level tester, who are flexible, easy going and pay attention to detail with good problem solving skills.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that, the in-house developed software application meets business requirements and is fit for purpose to ensure our clients are receiving a quality product. Typically, you will be setting up test environments, creating test data, reviewing requirements to design test cases, test execution and defect reporting. Initially, testing will be focused around regression testing of major releases and adding test cases to the regression suite. After that, you will review requirements and change requests that will then form the basis of test cases that will be executed as part of the development lifecycle. This role will be based in our Euston office and will work alongside the Project Management and Development teams.

Technical Project Manager

We are now looking to expand our project consulting team and bring on board a tech savvy, customer centric and highly driven industry expert in the energy sector with the knowledge, experience and credibility to provide end- to-end project and account management throughout and beyond the project implementation lifecycle. Working alongside our other project consultants, this individual will be the first point of contact during implementation projects, and provide guidance to clients on our system’s functionality and configuration. They will also be the conduit between business teams and technical teams and will need to translate business requirements to technical teams and vice-versa. The role will be based in either the London or Tewkesbury office, and will require regular travel to client sites.
